The role mission is to consolidate and expand the company’s commercial presence across Asia Pacific (China, India, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Vietnam, and other regional markets), owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
This position offers a clear pathway toward operational leadership of the APAC region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Pipeline Creation
- Own the full commercial cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Proactively build pipeline in markets where the company currently operates reactively, generating active demand.
- Identify and engage opportunities before formal RFQ stages.
- Conduct structured market research and competitive intelligence.
- Negotiate agreements while maintaining strong margin discipline.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and structured weekly reporting.
Strategic Account Management
- Develop and strengthen relationships with NOCs, EPCs, and key industrial clients.
- Expand regional accounts and increase scope of engagement.
- Coordinate cross-territory accounts with the Kuala Lumpur team.
Partner Management
- Manage and activate local commercial partners in Korea, Japan, Australia, and Vietnam.
- Maximize market coverage without operational dependency on agents.
- Monitor performance and proactively resolve issues.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with technical and proposal teams.
- Provide market intelligence and client insights.
- Maintain structured communication and reporting to APAC leadership.
