LEAD nCINO IMPLEMENTATION
Role Purpose
The Functional Lead will work closely with the team to help define, design and build and test the CIB US nCino solution ***
Responsibilities
– Facilitate and run workshops with partner and nCino stakeholder groups to define integrations
– Scope and define roadmaps for product integrations
– Elicit, define and design requirements, feeding into development teams to build out requirements
– Participate in the end-to-end development process for net new integrations
– Understand banking processes and how to leverage integrations to optimize/enhance a best in class process
– Understand existing integrations and build out a backlog of enhancements
– Identify and track data changes required for each nCino product release cycle
– Work with team members to author business level documentation describing requirements as it pertains to core and batch integrations
– Work with team members to author technical design documentation that fully defines data model approaches for custom, complex batch data integration projects
– Demonstrate the functionality and value of product integrations to clients and internal stakeholders
– Support clients with any critical integration issues
– Support, author and maintain process documentation for the integrations team
Qualifications Required
– Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years in an analysis/data/design/product role or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and supervisor performance
– Understand customer needs and gather product requirements: coordinate resources, create project timelines, to ensure on-time delivery in high quality
– Experience using the Salesforce.com platform and nCino
– Collaboration, prioritization and problem-solving skills
– Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
– Team-oriented but able to work autonomously
– Ability to work well under pressure and maintain deadlines
– Understanding of integration concepts and previous API development experience
– Experience working in financial services industry with a good understanding of banking concepts
– Can define clear and concrete user journeys, epics and user stories
– Worked in an agile development and familiar with agile concepts
Desired
– Force.com APEX development experience preferred
– SalesForce admin and/or app builder certifications
