PROCESS ENGINEER_ FAIs-Aerospace Sector

An international company in the aerospace sector, located in Aerópolis (Seville) and currently expanding its production lines, is looking for a Process Engineer. The company specializes in the machining, assembly, and manufacturing of high-precision aeronautical components, working with major international aerospace clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings, standards, and bills of materials to ensure correct aeronautical part manufacturing.

• Prepare, review, and control technical documentation linked to production and quality processes (e.g., AS9102 compliance).

• Participate in data collection and manufacturing analysis, both on the shop floor and within internal systems.

• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality departments to ensure process efficiency.

• Support the definition and optimization of machining and assembly processes.

• Draft technical reports for both national and international clients and suppliers.

• Identify opportunities for cost, quality, and lead-time improvements.

• Gain direct exposure to the manufacturing flow of aeronautical components and materials.

• Receive training and development in international aerospace standards and processes.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Aerospace, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields).

• Minimum B2 level of English (most documentation and communication will be in English).

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• CAD/PLM knowledge (CATIA/SolidWorks) is a plus.

• Proactive, analytical, communicative, and team-oriented mindset.
