Sin embargo, es crucial protegerlo de la mediocridad, de la envidia, de las figuras influyentes en la empresa, de los perfiles t\u00f3xicos y de cualquier persona que muestre hostilidad hacia el talento.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong><span class=\"sw\">Pero<\/span> &#8230;<span class=\"sw\">\u00bfQu\u00e9<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">es<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">el<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">talento?<\/span><\/strong> <span class=\"sw\">Bueno,<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">muchas<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">veces<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">es<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">alguien<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">que<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">da todo<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"sw\">de<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">s\u00ed<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">ante<\/span> class=\"sw\">de<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">la <\/span><span class=\"sw\">escasez<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">de<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">talento<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">existente.<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">Es<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">decir,<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">son<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">los<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">mismos <\/span><span class=\"sw\">\u201ccompa\u00f1eros<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">de<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">trabajo\u201d<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">los<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">que<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">se<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">encargan<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">de<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">rechazar<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">ese <\/span><span class=\"sw\">talento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hay <span class=\"sw\">mil<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">y<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">una<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">estrategias,<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">todas<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">ellas<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">sofisticadas,<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">pero<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">poco<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">obvias y<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"sw\">llenas<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">de<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">misterio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>El talento <span class=\"sw\">intenta<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">lidiar<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">con<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">ellos,<\/span><\/strong> <span class=\"sw\">pero<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">se<\/span> cansar\u00e1<span class=\"sw\">,<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">r\u00e1pidamente<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">se<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">siente<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">impotente<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">y<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">se<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">da<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">cuenta de <\/span><span class=\"sw\">que<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"sw\">no<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">es<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">respetado,<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">que<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">realmente<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">no<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">est\u00e1n <\/span><span <span class=\"sw\">en<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">el<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">que<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">pasas<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">demasiado<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">tiempo.<\/span> Personas que\u00a0<span class=\"sw\">necesitan<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">poder<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">vivir<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">una<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">vida<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">tranquila<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">y<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">tranquila<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">en<\/span> el trabajo<span class=\"sw\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>El talento reconoce que cuenta con numerosas oportunidades y comprende que no tiene sentido soportar la tolerancia o la falta de eficacia por parte de la direcci\u00f3n cuando se trata de aspectos negativos dentro de la empresa. Este talento aprecia su bienestar, es plenamente consciente de su potencial y habilidades, y no est\u00e1 dispuesto a invertir su tiempo en conflictos improductivos o luchas de poder dentro de la empresa, ya que estas solo logran perjudicar al equipo en su conjunto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finalmente, el talento se retira y la mediocridad persiste<\/strong>. Permanecen tambi\u00e9n aquellos que no tienen la opci\u00f3n de marcharse o que piensan que no pueden hacerlo. Este fen\u00f3meno, aunque no es novedoso, representa una lamentable p\u00e9rdida para las empresas. El comportamiento t\u00f3xico de ciertos perfiles resulta penoso, convirtiendo la traves\u00eda del talento en una experiencia agridulce.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"sw\">Este<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">problema<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">es<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">m\u00e1s<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">grave<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">de<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">lo<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">que<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">podr\u00eda<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">pensarse,<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">hasta<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">el <\/span><span class=\"sw\">punto<\/span> class=\"sw\">conclusi\u00f3n.<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">Lo<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">que<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">tenemos<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">que<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">hacer<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">no<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">es<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">s\u00f3lo <\/span><span class=\"sw\">lidiar<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">con<\/span> <span class=\"sw\">el<\/span> <span
