- 3 – 5 years experience, preferably on engineering
- A skilled professional in procurement and supply chain management, responsible for optimizing purchasing processes, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and an ability to maintain strong supplier relationships while adhering to company policies and market trends.
- English level C1, other languages (German, Swedish, Finnish) valued
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Management.
- Purchase Planning: Develop procurement strategies aligned with company goals and stock requirements.
- Cost Analysis: Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to optimize purchasing budgets.
- Contract management and order Processing: negotiate and create purchase orders according to the internal process, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
- Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and manage supplier agreements and contracts.
- Quality Assurance support: Ensure products meet required standards and company specifications.
- Risk Management: Assess supplier reliability and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
