DESCRIPCI\u00d3N: <\/strong><\/p>\n

IT Project Manager en la unidad de Gesti\u00f3n de Operaciones para todas las actividades relacionadas con las aplicaciones que soportan los procesos de negocio<\/p>\n

.Reportando directamente al Director de Sistemas de Informaci\u00f3n, la persona seleccionada se responsabilizar\u00e1 de las siguientes funciones:<\/p>\n

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Planificar y gestionar las actividades de proyectos.<\/p>\n

\u2022Recopilar los requisitos y coordinar el an\u00e1lisis funcional y t\u00e9cnico de la soluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u2022Ser capaz de estimar las iniciativas del proyecto en el presupuesto y verificar el esfuerzo real declarado por el integrador del sistema.<\/p>\n

\u2022Supervisar las actividades de los integradores de sistemas, tanto mediante la certificaci\u00f3n de an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9cnicos como mediante el control y la garant\u00eda de los tiempos y la calidad del software.<\/p>\n

\u2022Interactuar con el equipo con el fin de hacerse cargo de las intervenciones evolutivas destinadas a remediar los problemas presentes en la producci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como para transferir conocimientos sobre los nuevos requisitos que entrar\u00e1n en producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u2022Coordinar las actividades de los distintos integradores de sistemas, tanto para coordinar desarrollos asegurando que sean compatibles entre s\u00ed, como para coordinar las fases de pruebas integradas y puesta en producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u2022Colaborar con el equipo comercial para administrar la prioridad de los proyectos, coordinar las pruebas de usuario previas a la implementaci\u00f3n en producci\u00f3n y, en general, garantizar el cumplimiento de las expectativas tanto en t\u00e9rminos de tiempo como de funcionalidad.<\/p>\n

\u2022Gestionar la fase posterior al inicio, con el fin de garantizar la implementaci\u00f3n y el cumplimiento de los KPI y los resultados esperados.<\/p>\n

FORMACI\u00d3N Y EXPERIENCIA:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Estudios universitarios en ingenier\u00eda o similar<\/p>\n

\u2022Experiencia de al menos 2 a\u00f1os en Project y Program Management<\/p>\n

\u2022Nivel de ingl\u00e9s avanzado<\/p>\n

\u2022Habilidades de trabajo en equipo y liderazgo<\/p>\n

\u2022Conocimiento de los procesos relacionados con el mundo de las utilities, as\u00ed como de la gesti\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica relacionada principalmente con el sector renovable<\/p>\n

\u2022Capacidad para gestionar prioridades<\/p>\n

\u2022Excelentes habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n

\u2022Disponibilidad para viajar al extranjero<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
