ITC GOVERNANCE -CANTABRIA_SANTANDER   <\/h1>\n

DESCRIPCI\u00d3N:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

La persona trabajar\u00e1 en el departamento de ICT, dentro del \u00e1rea de Governance, equipo responsable de
actividades de control de Budget IT, compliance y vendor Management.<\/h4>\n


PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES:<\/strong><\/h4>\n


\u2022 <\/strong>Promover y garantizar la adopci\u00f3n y continua actualizaci\u00f3n de los procesos IT, apoyando en la
toma de decisiones, auditor\u00edas y en la actualizaci\u00f3n del framework normativo interno para el \u00e1rea
IT.
\u2022 Asegurar la operatividad de todos los IT contractors a trav\u00e9s de evaluaciones y auditor\u00edas, y
controlando las valoraciones SOC1 enviadas desde las compa\u00f1\u00edas externas
\u2022 Asegurar la operatividad de los controles SOA del equipo de negocio
\u2022 Colaborar con los \u201ccontrol owners\u201d, identificando las deficiencias con respecto a las normas y
pol\u00edticas de la empresa, as\u00ed como colaborar con los equipos de proyectos para detectar los riesgos
SOX conectados al ciclo de vida del software.
\u2022 Gestionar los contratos con los proveedores de servicios y software inform\u00e1ticos, desde la fase de
scouting hasta la gesti\u00f3n ordinaria y de renovaci\u00f3n, asegurando el control de gastos y el
cumplimiento del contrato
\u2022 Dar soporte al resto de departamentos en las actividades relacionadas con el cierre mensual,
forecast y budget
\u2022 Garantizar el control de las actividades y del gasto IT, asegurando el mantenimiento de
performance con respecto a los objetivos previstos<\/h4>\n


FORMACI\u00d3N Y EXPERIENCIA:
\u2022 <\/strong>Licenciatura en materias cient\u00edficas (Ingenier\u00eda, matem\u00e1ticas, f\u00edsica)
\u2022 Experiencia de 2-3 a\u00f1os en actividades de IT Governance \/ IT Compliance
\u2022 Conocimiento de los principales framework de IT Governance y ITSM (COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, ISO
31000), as\u00ed como de las principales regulaciones de IT Compliance (GDPR, 231, Sarbanes-Oxley,
ISAE3402)
\u2022 Conocimiento de los procesos relacionados con el mundo de las utilities, as\u00ed como de la gesti\u00f3n
energ\u00e9tica relacionada principalmente con el sector renovable.
\u2022 Experiencia de gesti\u00f3n de proyectos de maturity assessment, benchmarking y revisi\u00f3n de
framework y procesos IT
\u2022 Experiencia deseable en la gesti\u00f3n de procesos y herramientas de contract Management, Vendor
Performance Management y Contract Change IT, as\u00ed como en la definici\u00f3n de modelos de controle
<\/strong>y KPI sobre contractos de IT
\u2022 Ingl\u00e9s avanzado.
\u2022 Habilidades de trabajo en equipo y liderazgo.
\u2022 Excelentes habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n.
\u2022 Disponibilidad para viajar.<\/h4>\n
