LEAD nCINO IMPLEMENTATION<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Role Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Functional Lead will work closely with the team to help define, design and build and test the CIB US nCino solution ***<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Facilitate and run workshops with partner and nCino stakeholder groups to define integrations<\/p>\n

– Scope and define roadmaps for product integrations<\/p>\n

– Elicit, define and design requirements, feeding into development teams to build out requirements<\/p>\n

– Participate in the end-to-end development process for net new integrations<\/p>\n

– Understand banking processes and how to leverage integrations to optimize\/enhance a best in class process<\/p>\n

– Understand existing integrations and build out a backlog of enhancements<\/p>\n

– Identify and track data changes required for each nCino product release cycle<\/p>\n

– Work with team members to author business level documentation describing requirements as it pertains to core and batch integrations<\/p>\n

– Work with team members to author technical design documentation that fully defines data model approaches for custom, complex batch data integration projects<\/p>\n

– Demonstrate the functionality and value of product integrations to clients and internal stakeholders<\/p>\n

– Support clients with any critical integration issues<\/p>\n

– Support, author and maintain process documentation for the integrations team<\/p>\n

Qualifications Required<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Bachelor\u2019s Degree and 3+ years in an analysis\/data\/design\/product role or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and supervisor performance<\/p>\n

– Understand customer needs and gather product requirements: coordinate resources, create project timelines, to ensure on-time delivery in high quality<\/p>\n

– Experience using the Salesforce.com platform and nCino<\/p>\n

– Collaboration, prioritization and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n

– Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization<\/p>\n

– Team-oriented but able to work autonomously<\/p>\n

– Ability to work well under pressure and maintain deadlines<\/p>\n

– Understanding of integration concepts and previous API development experience<\/p>\n

– Experience working in financial services industry with a good understanding of banking concepts<\/p>\n

– Can define clear and concrete user journeys, epics and user stories<\/p>\n

– Worked in an agile development and familiar with agile concepts<\/p>\n

Desired<\/p>\n

– Force.com APEX development experience preferred<\/p>\n

– SalesForce admin and\/or app builder certifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n
