Uno de los m\u00e1s evidentes sigue siendo la <strong>ingenier\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque el acceso de las mujeres a la educaci\u00f3n superior ha crecido en las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas, su presencia en carreras y profesiones de ingenier\u00eda a\u00fan es limitada. Seg\u00fan datos de la <strong>UNESCO<\/strong>, solo alrededor del <strong>28 % de las personas que trabajan en investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y tecnol\u00f3gica en el mundo son mujeres<\/strong>, y en \u00e1reas espec\u00edficas como ingenier\u00eda y tecnolog\u00eda la representaci\u00f3n suele ser a\u00fan menor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta brecha no responde a una sola causa. Diversos estudios de organismos como la <strong>UNESCO<\/strong> y el <strong>World Economic Forum<\/strong> se\u00f1alan factores recurrentes: estereotipos desde etapas educativas tempranas, menor visibilidad de referentes femeninos en el sector y culturas laborales hist\u00f3ricamente dominadas por hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, el panorama tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 cambiando. Cada vez m\u00e1s empresas de ingenier\u00eda y tecnolog\u00eda est\u00e1n tomando medidas concretas para atraer y retener talento femenino.
