Description<\/strong>:<\/h2>\r\n<p>Engineers Sourcing is currently sourcing a Project Manager in the complete management of solar assets for the generation of electricity<\/p>\r\n<p><strong><br \/>Principal Accountabilities: &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Pre-constructionbeforetonoticetoproceed:<\/li>\r\n<li>Provide inputs to scope of works, project delivery methodology and design;<\/li>\r\n<li>Provide technical advice and inputs to the development team;<\/li>\r\n<li>Support in the preparation and management of RFP processes;<\/li>\r\n<li>Assist in the preparation and negotiation of EPC contract;<\/li>\r\n<li>Assist in the financial close;<\/li>\r\n<li>Preparation of construction management plans.<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>ProjectManagement:<\/li>\r\n<li>Management of the Project&#8217;s team;<\/li>\r\n<li>Schedule, cost and quality compliance management;<\/li>\r\n<li>Manage the contracts related to the Project;<\/li>\r\n<li>Ensure the contractor&#8217;s progress, HSEQ management, design and any other are aligned with the Contract;<\/li>\r\n<li>Manage the RFI \/ NCR processes;<\/li>\r\n<li>Manage the interconnection process;<\/li>\r\n<li>Monitoring commissioning and PAC testing phase;<\/li>\r\n<li>Liaising with landowners, community, other stakeholders;<\/li>\r\n<li>Manage EPC and internal budget;<\/li>\r\n<li>Manage punch list and its resolution;<\/li>\r\n<li>Provide internal and external reporting;<\/li>\r\n<li>Manage regulatory cce for the Project.<\/li>\r\n<li>Postconstruction (postpracticalcompletion):<\/li>\r\n<li>Punch list closing;<\/li>\r\n<li>Provide lesson learned;<\/li>\r\n<li>Formally close all the contracts;<\/li>\r\n<li>Manage an effective handover.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Skills \/ Qualifications:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Engineering graduate;<\/li>\r\n<li>Minimum 7 years of experience, managing utility scale solar project &gt;50MW;<\/li>\r\n<li>Project\/Contract management qualifications and international experience will be considered a plus;<\/li>\r\n<li>Essential are fluent Spanish and English written and spoken.<\/li>\r\n<li>Team player with excellent communication skills;<\/li>\r\n<li>Recent experience in delivering utility scale PV projects;<\/li>\r\n<li>Knowledge of project finance processes;<\/li>\r\n<li>Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders;<\/li>\r\n<li>Knowledge of and competency in project management including resource allocation, risk management, time management, quality management, monitoring and
