IT Technical Lead en el \u00e1rea de Delivery principalmente para todas las actividades relacionadas con las aplicaciones que soportan los procesos de Digital.
Reportando directamente al Director de Sistemas de Informaci\u00f3n y trabajando transversalmente con el Departamento de Digital, la persona tendr\u00e1 la tarea de dise\u00f1ar y evolucionar soluciones de aplicaciones, con foco en los canales de venta y de generaci\u00f3n de valor cliente (customer value management), asegurando su adecuaci\u00f3n a los requerimientos de negocio, viabilidad, calidad y rendimiento, en el marco de las directrices de arquitectura empresarial y soluciones transversales, y en colaboraci\u00f3n con los equipos de an\u00e1lisis y desarrollo, para despu\u00e9s liderar su correcta implantaci\u00f3n durante la fase de implementaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES:<\/strong>
\u2022
Liderar el equipo de desarrollo facilitando la organizaci\u00f3n, planificaci\u00f3n y correcto funcionamiento del equipo t\u00e9cnico, as\u00ed como la toma de decisiones.
\u2022
Definir soluciones que se integren con el mapa de aplicaciones de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, garantizando tiempos de respuesta y rendimiento adecuados a las iniciativas de negocio.
\u2022
Apoyar la definici\u00f3n de dise\u00f1os funcionales y requerimientos t\u00e9cnicos utilizando las herramientas y metodolog\u00edas definidas por la compa\u00f1\u00eda.
\u2022
Garantizar la calidad t\u00e9cnica de las soluciones, los procedimientos y los modelos de desarrollo.
\u2022
Garantizar que las soluciones, procedimientos y modelos est\u00e9n actualizados y cumplan las normas de calidad del software.
\u2022
Realizar evaluaciones y discusiones sobre las estimaciones de tiempo y costes con el proveedor de las actividades inform\u00e1ticas.
\u2022
Elaborar o validar la documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de la iniciativa.<\/h5>\n
\n
FORMACI\u00d3N Y EXPERIENCIA:
\u2022
<\/strong>Experiencia previa de, al menos 5 a\u00f1os, como ingeniero de software.
\u2022
Conocimientos de programaci\u00f3n y herramientas de desarrollo y de soporte a procesos devops.
\u2022
Conocimientos de arquitectura t\u00e9cnica de soluciones en las \u00e1reas de frontend, modelos de arquitectura de integraci\u00f3n de servicios web y\/o con altas prestaciones y rendimiento
\u2022
Experiencia demostrada en plataformas complejas
\u2022
Conocimiento de soluciones de marketing automation, campaign management con objetivos de Customer Value Management
\u2022
Dise\u00f1o de soluciones para la gesti\u00f3n de campa\u00f1as comerciales, renovaciones comerciales, etc.
\u2022
Dise\u00f1o de soluciones de gesti\u00f3n de leads\/captaciones\/e-commerce y mas en general gesti\u00f3n de proyectos para \u00e1reas de negocio de Marketing y Ventas
