Descripci\u00f3n del puesto<\/strong><\/h4>\n
Desde la divisi\u00f3n de Centrales Hidr\u00e1ulicas de Nervi\u00f3n Industries, se busca Jefe de Proyecto \/ Jefe de obra para gesti\u00f3n de proyectos asignados a nivel Nacional.
Principalmente los proyectos consistir\u00e1n en desmontaje, rehabilitaci\u00f3n y montaje de turbina y dem\u00e1s elementos de la instalaci\u00f3n (V\u00e1lvulas, Compuertas\u2026)
El candidato ideal deber\u00e1 tener conocimientos de este tipo de instalaciones, no descart\u00e1ndose candidaturas que aporten experiencia en entornos industriales similares.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Funciones \/ Tareas \/ Responsabilidades<\/strong><\/h4>\n
\u2022 Gesti\u00f3n de proyectos asignados
– Control de costes y planificaci\u00f3n de proyecto.
– Gesti\u00f3n de Recursos Humanos y materiales de obra.
– Coordinaci\u00f3n con Oficina t\u00e9cnica para resoluci\u00f3n de problemas y seguimiento de acciones a ejecutar durante la ejecuci\u00f3n de los trabajos.
– Coordinaci\u00f3n con Departamento de Prevenci\u00f3n para cumplimiento de normativa de seguridad.
– Interlocuci\u00f3n con cliente y subcontratas (talleres y trabajos espec\u00edficos subcontratados). Gesti\u00f3n comercial y consecuci\u00f3n de nuevas oportunidades de trabajo.
– Visitas a obra para correcto seguimiento siempre que sea necesario.
– Reporte mensual a direcci\u00f3n de avances en obra y posibles desviaciones de proyecto.
– Ampliar cartera de proveedores y subcontratas para optimizaci\u00f3n de costes y mejoras de producci\u00f3n
– Seguimiento de obra y elaboraci\u00f3n de informe fin de obra
\u2022 Gesti\u00f3n de ofertas asignadas
– Visita a obra
– Apoyo a la realizaci\u00f3n de ofertas en aspecto t\u00e9cnico y econ\u00f3mico, o gesti\u00f3n integral de la oferta si fuese necesario.


Perfil del candidato<\/strong>
– Ingeniero t\u00e9cnico o superior Industrial, Naval o titulaci\u00f3n af\u00edn
– Experiencia m\u00ednima de 3 a\u00f1os en entornos industriales, con conocimientos necesarios para seguimiento de trabajos tanto en taller como en obra (soldadura, mecanizado, gesti\u00f3n de personal en obra\u2026) siendo capaz de gestionar internamente el proyecto y sus avances\/desviaciones.
– Capacidad de toma de decisiones y de conectar con el cliente, aportando soluciones y propuestas de mejora.
– Capacidad de liderar equipo asignado en proyecto.
– Disponibilidad para viajar a obra en todo el territorio nacional cuando sea necesario.
– Persona comprometida, enfocada a consecuci\u00f3n de objetivos y con gran capacidad de dedicaci\u00f3n.
– Buen manejo de herramientas inform\u00e1ticas (Excel, Word, Project\u2026)
– Preferencia de residencia en Madrid, no descart\u00e1ndose otras ubicaciones.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
