We are looking for a fully-rounded digital Real Estate Product Owner to lead one of our Real Estate Product Squads.<\/li>\n

As a Product Owner, you will lead your Squad\u2019s Vision and Strategy, evangelising it both internally and externally.<\/li>\n
You\u2019ll be the voice of the user\/customer inside your team working closely with Engineering, UX, Customer Satisfaction, Biz Dev, Sales, and Marketing.<\/li>\n

Define a product vision aligned to our business goals and growth.<\/li>\n
Create a world-class and innovative Customer Experience for our professional B2B tools and solutions.<\/li>\n
Define, together with your Cluster (groups of multiple squads and other business teams), quarterly OKR\u2019s aligning them with the RE and Company organisation.<\/li>\n
Own, manage and prioritize the product backlog for a squad team.<\/li>\n
Plan and follow up on sprints.<\/li>\n
Work with UX developing a deep customer journey understanding in order to deliver the best product value and delight.<\/li>\n
Use quantitative and qualitative data to feed and prioritise the backlog.<\/li>\n
Work with UX and engineering to create, test, iterate\/pivot prototypes and experiments.<\/li>\n
Provide strong leadership to the technical team to optimize the customer lead time.<\/li>\n
Measure and evaluate the daily product performance.<\/li>\n
Ensure Product Market Fit and that Product OKR\u2019s are fulfilled.<\/li>\n
Ensure Product health excellence.<\/li>\n
Benchmark and monitor key competitors to be up to date with the Market evolution.<\/li>\n
Communicate internally and externally to inspire and evangelize the product vision.<\/li>\n
Collaborate with our Agile Coaches to develop a high performance team.<\/li>\n
Remain updated on all changes in web and mobile technology.<\/li>\n

Very good organizational and communication skills.<\/li>\n
Fluent in Spanish and English.<\/li>\n
Experience in international environments.<\/li>\n

Passion for digital media with a creative instinct.<\/li>\n
5 or more years\u2019 experience working in digital product management in a Product Owner role within an Agile methodology. Experience in Marketplaces and Real Estate as a plus.<\/li>\n
