- What does it mean to be a Scrum Master at Expleo?
- You will be joining our global Agile Practice of +/-250 individuals across the world to support our Belgian projects locally.
- You will be integrating a squad composed of motivated individuals, all working together towards a common goal. In there, you will play a key role as you’ll be the glue and facilitator for them all.
- You will ensure the global understanding and proper use of the Agile methodology and Scrum framework, while coaching the Project teams on the Agile events and ceremonies.
- What are our key selection criteria for joining Expleo Agile team?
- You have at least 3/5 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
- You have a technical background (bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT & you started your career in SW development, SW testing of functional analysis).
- You know some Agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Jira/Rally);
- You have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills;
- You fluently speak one of the two national languages (French or Dutch) and English.
Requisitos:
- Project follow-up
-Play a role of delivery owner X-squads
-Set up and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, - Retrospective) and other meetings
-Schedule and follow the key steps of the methodology
-Quarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the Project Team face any obstacles.
-Provide assistance or support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog
-Assist and support the team in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog..
-Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes - Project methodology and Coaching
-Coach and challenge the Project Team
-Help the Project Team face any difficulties and promote its gradual self-organization
-Remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions
-Ambassador of agile methods within the company
-Provide to his/her superiors a reporting on the proper deployment of the Scrum methodology within projects
-Risk & issue management
