- Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for banking projects.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and define effective solutions.
- Design and document processes and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and improve customer experience.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure correct and timely implementation of proposed solutions.
- Conduct tests and audits to ensure the quality and reliability of banking products and services.
- Provide technical support and consultancy during all phases of the product life cycle.

- Previous experience in the banking sector with specific skills in functional analysis.

- Excellent communication, problem solving and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of the main IT and modeling tools is an advantage.
