  • A skilled professional in procurement and supply chain management, responsible for optimizing purchasing processes, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies.
  • Analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and an ability to maintain strong supplier relationships while adhering to company policies and market trends.
  • English level C1, other languages (German, Swedish, Finnish) valued

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supplier Management.
  • Purchase Planning: Develop procurement strategies aligned with company goals and stock requirements.
  • Cost Analysis: Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to optimize purchasing budgets.
  • Contract management and order Processing: negotiate and create purchase orders according to the internal process, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
  • Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and manage supplier agreements and contracts.
  • Quality Assurance support: Ensure products meet required standards and company specifications.
  • Risk Management: Assess supplier reliability and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
