PROCESS ENGINEER_ FAIs-Aerospace Sector
An international company in the aerospace sector, located in Aerópolis (Seville) and currently expanding its production lines, is looking for a Process Engineer. The company specializes in the machining, assembly, and manufacturing of high-precision aeronautical components, working with major international aerospace clients.
Main Responsibilities
Interpret technical drawings, standards, and bills of materials to ensure correct aeronautical part manufacturing.
Prepare, review, and control technical documentation linked to production and quality processes (e.g., AS9102 compliance).
Participate in data collection and manufacturing analysis, both on the shop floor and within internal systems.
Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality departments to ensure process efficiency.
Support the definition and optimization of machining and assembly processes.
Draft technical reports for both national and international clients and suppliers.
Identify opportunities for cost, quality, and lead-time improvements.
Gain direct exposure to the manufacturing flow of aeronautical components and materials.
Receive training and development in international aerospace standards and processes.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Aerospace, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields).
Minimum B2 level of English (most documentation and communication will be in English).
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
CAD/PLM knowledge (CATIA/SolidWorks) is a plus.
Proactive, analytical, communicative, and team-oriented mindset.
